ET-CSA-0067-SCORE-2026 Tesfa Social & Development Association This project strengthens the accountability role and collective agency of older people in addressing barriers to healthy ageing, age-friendly healthcare, and ageism in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Addis Ketema sub-city, Woredas 4, 10, 11, 12, and 13). Grounded in primary consultations, the initiative supports older adults, traditional Iddirs, Older Persons Associations (OPAs), civil society, health providers, and local government to engage in structured accountability processes on priorities identified by older people themselves.
