The initiative focuses on building the knowledge, skills, and capacities of civil society actors by introducing participatory learning methods, practical training, and study circle–based approaches inspired by the Swedish folkbildning model. The project seeks to promote democratic participation, social inclusion, and sustainable civic engagement by supporting local organisations and groups to develop inclusive, rights-based, and community-oriented practices.
