TZ-NNCB-00NGO-RI-00199-KKLBIIPJ1442 THE CENTRE FOR COUNSELLING, NUTRITION AND HEALTH CARE Kilimo kwa Lishe Bora II (KLB II) is an initiative implemented by COUNSENUTH under the Agroforestry for Sustainable Livelihoods, Biodiversity, and Climate Change (ASILI B-CC) Programme (2026–2028). The project aims to strengthen food and nutrition security interventions among smallholder farming communities by promoting diversified and nutritious food production and consumption, gender equality, and strengthening community systems. It builds the capacity of partner staff, local government personnel, and Lead Farmers while leveraging existing platforms such as Village Health and Nutrition Days (VHNDs), schools, farmer groups, and community radio to promote nutrition knowledge, positive behaviours, and sustainable practices.
