    <narrative xml:lang="en">The activity supports civil society actors in Western Sahara to strengthen freedom of expression and human rights. It focuses on capacity strengthening, safe communication, and increased access to verified information to support accountability and respect for human rights, in line with a rights-based approach.</narrative>

    <narrative xml:lang="en">The objective of the activity is that civil society actors in Western Sahara, including journalists, human rights defenders, youth and informal groups, strengthen their capacity to document, report and disseminate information on human rights violations and to engage with decision-makers at local, national and international levels.</narrative>
